MGMA Utah 2018 Annual Conference

We would like to invite you to join us at our annual Medical Group Management Association of Utah conference to be held May 16 - 18, 2018 at Zermatt Resort in Midway, Utah. At our 2017 conference we had over 125 medical management professionals in attendance and as our reputation continues to grow we expect more participants this year. We have had exceptional involvement from our exhibitors in past conferences.

We would also like to invite you to attend the General Session presentation and also participate in the break-out session workshops. Exhibitors may also attend the pre-conference event at an additional charge (TB D). This will allow you to have more contact with attendees and be able to participate in the discussions. W e appreciate your continued support of MGMA Utah.

Exhibitor Fees for the Annual Conference

**Exhibitors are invited and encouraged to provide a door prize that will be given away after the breakout sessions. (Please contact Michelle at the MGMA Utah office if you have questions regarding these prizes.) These drawings and a one-minute company introduction will be held at the end of the day on Thursday at approximately 4:00pm. We will emphasize to our participants that they must be present to win, which will give you one more opportunity to be recognized by our attendees.

Exhibitor Application Process

The following MUST be completed before exhibitor application is complete:

  1. Annual Conference Exhibitor Application
  2. Payment for booth fees and membership dues, as well as any additional sponsorships
  3. Become an Associate Member
  4. Code of Ethics, signed and returned (included in your membership application or renewal confirmation email)
  5. Exhibitor Contract, signed and returned (included in your exhibitor application email)

Please note - your registration is NOT complete until ALL of the above items are received. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and may result in forfeiture of booth space.
