Please make your reservations as soon as you know the dates of your stay. The reservations specialists will be able to assist you through the reservations process. They can provide all the information for the different room types at the Zermatt Resort and the special rates available for your group. Please note that your special group rates are valid 3 days pre and post your above group dates.

1 night deposit is due at booking, balance is due at check out. Any changes or cancellations to your booking must be made 14 days prior to your arrival date. Late arrivals, early departures, and no-shows are non-refundable. Please note that our check in time is at 4PM and check out time is at 11AM.

** Conference dress is “Business Casual” for conference sessions Wednesday and Thursday.  Friday morning session is casual.

Her expertise in business, cultural and interpersonal alignment and interpersonal transformational leadership development, have kept her busy speaking and training internationally as a Executive Success Coach, Organizational Alignment trainer, and Corporate Management Consultant for over two decades.

Donna is the creator of The Inner Architect; The Science of Personal, Corporate Alignment and Organizational Transformation.  Understanding how to implement and sustain critical culture and organizational shifts in the 21st Century. This Program helps support Executives, Individuals, Teams, and Organizations in creating and managing sustainable organizational alignment.
