Membership Dues

All memberships are on a calander year basis - January 1 - December 31.


New Membership  

  • $150.00 Annual MGMA Utah Membership Fee
  • *$75.00 1/2 Year Annual MGMA Utah Membership Fee (if paid July 1st or after. *$75.00 half year dues are available for 1st time members ONLY.  Returning MGMA Utah members who are renewing late are NOT eligible for half year's dues)

Annual Renewal Membership 

  • $150.00 Annual MGMA Utah Membership Fee 
  • $180.00 Annual MGMA Utah LATE Membership Fee (if paid March 1st or after)

Student Membership

  • $35.00 Annual MGMA Utah Student Membership Fee (Proof of current enrollment required)
  • $40.00 Annual MGMA Utah LATE Student Membership Fee (if paid March 1st or after)


Membership dues cover payment for all membership luncheons for the given year, Fall Leadership Conference as well as a discounted rate for Annual Conference.


Definitions of Association Memberships 
  • Individual Member: A Utah resident who directly works in any capacity of medical practice management, regardless of practice size. This includes such positions as: Medical Practice Administrator, Practice Manager, Clinic Manager, Center Manager, Office Manager, Executive Director, CEO, Operations Director, Assistant Manager, Front Line Supervisor, etc. An Individual Member possesses voting rights and is eligible to serve as an Association Officer.
  • Associate Member: An associate member is an individual who has a Utah presence by working in an ancillary or supporting capacity to Utah-based medical practice operations. This includes billing, contracting, marketing, provider relations, consulting, insurance, etc. An associate member may serve as directed by the Executive Committee, but may not vote or be eligible to serve as an Association Officer. *Associate members must use separate Associate Membership Application. (please see our Associate Membership in the Sponsor section of the website)
  • Student Member: A full-time student currently enrolled in 12 or more units at any college or university in the State of Utah. While a Student Member may participate on committee assignments, he or she shall not be a voting member or eligible to serve as an Association Officer.
